Multinational telecommunications services operator. Offers solutions for communication, information and entertainment. World’s fifth largest and most important company in its sector.

The challenge

  • The management team of the company considered that certain registration ratios obtained were too low, resulting in a substantial increase in cost.
  • The complexity of the registration processes and the organizations involved prevented a clear view of the problem, the potential areas for improvement and the improvement process.

The solution

  • We analysed the registration problem and identified and quantified the main areas of potential improvement. We designed a plan of action to implement the improvements identified.
  • The estimated economic impacts were €5 M for the first year and €10 M in later years.
