You can progress and see how your contribution is acknowledged through promotions. These are mainly based on skills, the knowledge acquired, the willingness to take on greater responsibilities and the ability to contribute to the success of projects. Review of skills takes place every six months, with the consequent possibility of promotion.

Different professional levels involve different responsibilities:

  • Through our professional development system (PDS), we offer ongoing professional guidance for you to acquire and consolidate the skills required at Alfa. For this purpose, we have a semi-annual performance assessment process.
  • When you join us, we assign you a mentor, who will help and guide you in your career. With your mentor, you will set annual targets, which you will review every six months, coinciding with your performance assessment period.
