The challenge

  • There was a clear need to improve the management of the promotional material used by the company, from planning to delivery.
  • It was essential to improve the planning and supply of the promotional material, the management of stock and purchase prices, the use and exit of the material from the warehouse and, finally, the delivery of the material to target customers.

The solution

  • We designed and implemented new management tools and reviewed the processes of planning, purchasing, and management of orders, warehouse and customer delivery.
  • We managed to increase the average redemption of the promotions implemented by 37 percentage points, and achieved 100% control of the promotional materials.
