This week, on September 11th, Alfa Consulting attended the IE Talent Match México, an unprecedented event in which members of the IE Alumni community are able to connect with important recruiters from Mexico. The event took place at the Presidente Intercontinental Polanco Hotel.

IE Talent Match is a dynamic space with a series of activities that help enhance the alumni networking, but also learn about the latest trends and receive tips for a successful selection process.

The event was divided into three parts: a job fair, where students were able to meet with Head Hunters and HR representatives from different companies; a Conference and panel discussion; and a networking cocktail at the end, where the attendees could chat with recruiters in a more informal way as well as interact with other alumni.

All in all, a great opportunity for companies to search for the best talent and for the IE students to explore potential opportunities.
