ESADE MBA Recruitment Fair

Last week, on February 24th, Alfa Consulting attended the Recruitment Fair organized by ESADE exclusively for their MBA students at their Sant Cugat campus. Throughout the day companies from all industry sectors met first-year MBA students, who will require internships at the end of their first year, and second-year MBA students who will be entering full-time, permanent roles.

Recruitment activities

During the morning, Alfa Consulting conducted a series of interviews with several candidates and at noon, a large group of first-year students attended the Informal Workshop & Cocktail, where doubts were resolved regarding the selection process, the company and the profiles sought. In the afternoon, the Meeting Points took place, where the students could approach the areas assigned to each company so that they could speak individually and clarify the doubts they still had regarding Alfa or the professional opportunities that may be offered in a more personal way.

The event ended with the workshop that  Alfa Consulting conducted for the Consulting and the OSCM Clubs, which presented a case study that was discussed with the participation of the students.
