The MBA Career Forum is IESE’s flagship career event organized by the Career Services team that takes place bi-annually. This week, on February 12th, over 30 hiring companies from diverse sectors gathered together in their Barcelona campus. This way, IESE MBA students got a chance to interact with company representatives and learn more about potential opportunities.

As in previous editions, Alfa Consulting attended the event, both holding a corporate presentation and acquiring a stand at the Career Fair.

The corporate presentation was held during the morning and allowed students to become more familiar with our firm and the opportunities we offer.

In the afternoon, the career fair took place where leading companies were given a booth so students could approach the companies they are interested in and get face to face time.

It was a great opportunity to interact with the IESE MBA students in a more relaxed environment and identify and attract potential hires. Many students came over to our booth to speak with us in a more personal level and to hear about our opportunities. They also were able to speak with a few consultants who also attended the fair and learn first hand about our culture and the types of projects we do worldwide.

As always, the IESE MBA Career Forum is a great networking event to find top talent.
