Apply to our selection process

Due to our continuous expansion, you’ll find open selection processes all year long. The process consists of:

• An interview with a member of our Human Resources department.
• An interview with two Alfa Consulting directors.
• An aptitude test.

The selection process lasts between 15 and 30 days. Once the process is cleared, we will send you an offer to join our team.
