Company Meeting 2018
Last week, the Alfa Company Meeting 2018 took place in Málaga, Spain, bringing together the teams from Brazil, Mexico and Spain.
The Company Meeting is a biennial event organized by Alfa that offers the opportunity to exchange knowledge, learn from external experts and build personal relationships while spending several days away at an exclusive location.
This year’s main topic was innovation, having working sessions, a hackathon, and other activities related to this matter. We were also able to develop intercultural skills and exchange experiences from past projects. There was also some time to grow personal relationships and catch up with colleagues in the course of the team building activities organized during the summit. Overall, it was a very rewarding and intense experience and we can’t wait for the next Company Meeting 2020!
