The IESE MBA Career Forum is one of Europe’s leading MBA recruiting events. The one-day program for companies includes company presentations, a career fair, multiple networking opportunities and optional full-time and summer internship interviews with top talent. This week, on February 20th, the Forum was held on the Barcelona campus and, as in previous editions,  Alfa Consulting attended the event.

At the beginning of the event, we held a presentation allowing students to become more familiar with our firm and the opportunities it offers. It is a great opportunity to attract the very best talent by presenting ourselves, what is like to work at Alfa and show the career opportunities for the students within our organization.

After lunch, the career fair took place where leading companies were given a booth,so students could approach the companies they are interested in and get face to face time. It was a great opportunity to interact with the IESE MBA students in a more relaxed environment and identify and attract potential hires. Many students came over to our stand to ask any questions or doubts they might have regarding our company or the selection process. They were able to speak with both consultants and the human resources team.

During the past years IESE has proven to be an outstanding talent pool for Alfa Consulting, and once again we were eager to meet the coming generation of leaders at the fair.
