During the days 7 and 8 of March the IESE Career Forum was held on the Barcelona campus, where recruiters from different sectors gathered to present their company, get face-to-face time with top talent and meet potential employees.

The IESE Career Forum is held three times a year and with over 25 leading companies participating in each event which usually includes a career fair, presentations, and interviews for full-time positions and corporate internships. As in previous editions, Alfa Consulting attended the Career Forum, both holding a corporate presentation and acquiring a stand at the Career Fair.

Corporate presentation

On the second day of the forum, Alfa held a presentation allowing students to become more familiar with our firm and the opportunities it offers. This presentation included two case studies and at the end doubts were resolved regarding the company, the selection process, and the profiles sought.

Career Fair

As part of the Career Forum, a fair took place on campus where leading companies were given a stand so students could approach the companies they are interested in. Many students came over to our booth to speak with us in a more personal level and to hear about our opportunities. They also were able to speak with few consultants and learn first hand how life at Alfa is. Overall, it was a great networking event to find top talent and to explain the profiles we are generaly looking for.
