The company was facing a situation of rising costs for the construction and maintenance of its distribution premises, and lacked a homogeneous operational model for the different regions involved. The contractor remuneration system was very complex and outdated.
Our decision at Alfa Consulting was to define a new operational model, develop new management systems, configure new remuneration models for each kind of specialty and contract and define the necessary activity outsourcing model.
