Last week, on March 8th,  Alfa Consulting attended the “XI Foro de empresas” (XI Business Forum) at IQS, where companies from different sectors and activities were invited to participate.

In this 11 edition, 30 companies took part and the around 300 students who assisted were able to get a first-hand view of the current job market in Spain. The aim of this forum is to bring the business world to students, facilitating their employability  and the incorporation of talent in the professional field.

This event is one of the many that the IQS Recruitment Services organizes throughout the year, an was particularly aimed at last year students of the bachelor degree as well as the master’s and Phd students. They were all able to dialogue with the companies, hand their cv and arrange interviews with human resources mangers, accessing their selection processes.

Alfa, as one of the companies who took part in the event, in addition to the traditional stand as a meeting point for the students, also carried out a presentation in the conference room and participated in a panel discussion.

Afterwards, many students were interested in learning more about Alfa Consulting and visited the stand  placed in the hall, to have a more direct conversation with the human resources team and learn more about our selection process.
